In the year 1997, astronaut James Kirby is piloting a top secret rocket ship when he is sucked into a cosmic anomaly and flung to the farthest galaxy!
Crash landing near death on the planet Sa'Barr, his body ravaged by radiation, Kirby is rescued by the peaceful Stargoolians. Endowed with a terrific new TransoTech Arm, he joins their fight against the evil forces of Lord Gammax as Bronarr: Mighty Defender Of Freedom!
